2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is 100% free for all orders within the United Kingdom.
There is no minimum order value required.

3. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.

4. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, and it is approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We are working on expanding our delivery zones in the near future.

6. Can I cancel my order?
